SWD 2021 Fall Convention Plans Are ON!!
To all SWD members:
The Southwestern District Board of Directors is excited to announce we are continuing with plans to host our 2021 Fall District Convention
September 30 through October 2, 2021, at the DFW Hyatt-Regency Hotel, DFW Airport Terminal C!
This is the same location as originally planned for the Fall 2020 Convention and in prior years, and we are delighted at the possibilities. Because we have been kept apart for so long, the 2021 Fall Convention will have more competitors, in more categories, than ever before! We want to celebrate our “harmonious reunion” in a huge way, so you can expect lots of diverse activities around the convention that are competitive, educational, and recreational.
The DFW Hyatt Regency folks are anxious for us to return! The facility is large enough to accommodate all comers in a single building and to accommodate the convention while we implement appropriate COVID-19 protocols as required.
We look forward to the opportunity to open up our competition and performances to the many Barbershop fans in the DFW area and around our five-state district. How wonderful it will be to see each other and to hear those chords ringing around the Hyatt Regency hotel!
